About · Life at Vipas
Work together.
Grow together.
Celebrate together.
Our mission has three words in it, and the third one is easy to forget. So we don't. Between go-lives and cutovers there are cakes cut, anniversaries clapped for, games lost in the final minute, and Fridays that end with the whole floor laughing at something.

Nobody's birthday is missed
Every month the team gets together for the month's birthdays — cake, a card that goes around the floor for signatures, and a photo nobody is ready for.
Years here get counted out loud
Work anniversaries are announced to the whole company, not slipped into an email. One year or five, you get the applause, the photo and your name on the wall of the year.
We play, not just plan
Team games after hours, team lunches that run long, and Fun Fridays where the consultants who never meet outside a call finally argue about something other than a spec.
The Vipas rhythm
Something to look forward to, most weeks
Five things happen on repeat here. None of them are mandatory fun — they're just the parts of the week people actually turn up for.
Every Friday
Fun Friday — games, quizzes, music, and the last hour of the week given back to the team.
Every month
Birthday celebration for everyone born that month, across all three offices.
Every quarter
Team games and a full team lunch — the two things that get the most people out of their chairs.
Every year
Work anniversaries, called out company-wide, with a photo for the wall.
Another year, and everybody hears about it
A work anniversary at Vipas is not a calendar notification. The team stops, the cake comes out, and whoever has been here longest usually says something embarrassing about your first week.
- Announced company-wide — Dubai, Chennai and Hyderabad all get the note.
- A certificate and a photo — both go up on the wall and out on our LinkedIn.
- Milestone years get more — three and five years are marked properly, in front of everyone.

Awards & Recognition
The certificate goes up on the wall the same day.

The whole floor
Anniversaries are announced company-wide, all three offices.

Offsite, together
The kind of day that doesn't fit in a meeting room.

Team games, outdoors
Anniversaries come with an afternoon of games, not just cake.

Another round, another dare
The games don't let up all afternoon.

Happy Work Anniversary
Every year gets its own cake, piped by hand.

Cake first, cutover later
Once a month the pantry turns into a party. Everyone with a birthday that month cuts the cake together, the card has gone round the floor for signatures, and for fifteen minutes nobody talks about a ticket.
- One celebration a month — so nobody celebrates alone and nobody gets skipped.
- Signed card, every time — it goes desk to desk before it reaches you.
- Remote and on-site both — consultants at client sites join on the call, cake at their end optional.

Games, and the arguments that follow
Teams get picked across projects, so the FICO consultant ends up teamed with the ABAP developer. It lasts a couple of hours, the result is disputed for a week, and the WhatsApp group never fully recovers.
- Mixed teams on purpose — project lines get ignored when sides are picked.
- Everyone plays — skill level is genuinely not the point.
- Something new each time — box cricket, indoor games and tournaments get run whenever someone volunteers to organise one.

One long table, no seating plan
The team lunch is where the org chart quietly stops existing. Freshers sit next to fifteen-year consultants, everyone orders too much, and the best project stories of the quarter get told between courses.
- Everybody's invited — interns included, from their first week.
- Go-lives get their own — a delivery that lands well is worth a table.
- Every office — Hyderabad, Chennai and Dubai each run their own.

No seating plan, no org chart.

Go-live, with cake
A delivery that lands well gets its own cake.

Full table, biryani out
The kind of lunch that runs well past the hour.

The last hour of the week belongs to the team
Games, quizzes, music, a bit of dancing when someone brings a speaker. It is the one hour in the week that is not billable and not negotiable — and it is the reason Monday's stand-up feels like people who actually know each other.
- Rotating hosts — a different team plans it each week, so it never turns into the same hour twice.
- Festivals get the big version — Diwali, Eid, Sankranti, New Year: decorations, dress code, the works.
- Optional, always — a deadline beats a quiz, and nobody is made to feel bad about skipping one.

Cup-tower challenge

Santa hats, cup towers
The cup-tower game gets a Christmas rerun.

Every festival gets its own dress code
Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Pongal, New Year — whichever festival lands on the calendar, the office decorates, dresses up and stops for it. Not because HR scheduled it, but because half the team asked for it.
- Every festival, marked — Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Pongal and New Year each get their own celebration, not just the big ones.
- Decorations and dress codes — the office gets dressed up to match, and so does everyone in it.
- Food is never optional — sweets, snacks and a shared table, whichever festival it is.

We show up to the industry, not just the client site
Team members represent Vipas at SAP and technology events across the region, on stage and on the show floor — because keeping up with where SAP is heading is part of the job, not a perk.
- Regional events, covered — Dubai, Hyderabad and beyond — wherever the conversation is happening.
- On stage, not just in the audience — recognition and speaking slots that come from showing up consistently.
- Straight back to clients — what gets seen on the show floor shapes what we recommend on a project.

Why any of this matters
Employees are our strength
That line is on our Achievements page, and this is what stands behind it: a team that has built a foundation of trust, honesty and accountability — and that actually likes turning up.
Trust and accountability
Employees are our strength, and they have built a foundation of trust, honesty and accountability.
Certification support
We invest in SAP certification and keep the learning budget real — not a line in an offer letter.
Three offices, one team
Dubai, Chennai and Hyderabad. The celebrations happen in all three, and often on the same call.
Small enough to be seen
60+ consultants means your work is visible — and so is your birthday.
Like the look of it? We're hiring.
Real client projects, mentors who put your name on the delivery — and a Friday that ends well.
